Weathercraft performs a yearly inspection on the roof and siding and performs any required maintenance for free as per the Certainteed warranty. 

Siding:

Complete tear-off and replacement by Weathercraft in November 2006 – $10,500.00

I believe that the siding is Certainteed with a lifetime warranty also, I am contacting the vendor to double-check.

All soffit and trim replaced in November 2006.
