The twin-tank water softener system ($2,957.40) was installed on 11/8/2006 by Michigan Water Service.  The water system is completely owned, not leased.

A 1.5 gallon reverse-osmosis drinking water system was also installed in November 2007, and lines were plumbed to the kitchen refrigerator, a line was run to the downstairs kitchen, and a spigot was installed on the kitchen sink for drinking water.

I’m still cleaning up the mechanical room, I will post pictures once everything is clean enough for photo opportunities!
