Overhead cable and electrical is wired for flat-panel televisions in the north corner and next to the fireplace.

Space-saving drop-ceiling system is used which connects directly to the floor joists instead of hanging by cables.  This adds 4” – 6” of additional headroom throughout the basement, while still allowing easy access to electrical, plumbing, or cabling.

FireplaceBrand-new and unused Napoleon natural gas fireplace has an electric blower to heat the entire area if so desired, or it can be turned off to just provide ambience for your parties.
