The over-sink window allows you to watch the cardinals and goldfinches in the trees while you prepare your food or clean up, xxx linear feet of countertop provides ample space for cooking and food preparation, and the counter facing the dining room can also double as a bar for breakfast or entertaining.  Fresh water spigot on the sink is fed from the reverse-osmosis drinking water system, and the pull-out sprayer makes cleanup a breeze.

A toe-kick heater duct is located in the bottom of the cabinets to keep your feet warm while you’re cooking during the winter.  Just one of the many hidden touches that make this home so great!

Frosted glass cabinet faces provide for a fresh modern look, and would look fantastic with LED or halogen backlighting inside!  Under-cabinet wine glass holders keep 24 of your favorite wine glasses ready for instant service.  Brushed satin nickel cabinet hardware rounds out the package and keeps the hardware finish consistent throughout the house.  Once again, Brighton Glass provided the same quality service that they provided for the shower glass in the master bath.

A Kenmore stainless steel dishwasher (New in 2009)  and GE over-the-range microwave (New 2009) are both included with the home, and are in perfect condition.  The dishwasher is extremely quiet and can be run while you’re eating or relaxing, but it also includes a delay feature to allow you to set the washer to run later when you’re sleeping or out enjoying a day on the lake.

 The microwave includes a range hood fan, and has an easily replaceable activated charcoal filter to remove smoke and odors from cooking on the stove.  The one-touch popcorn button and “Minute Plus” are my favorite features, and definitely the most used.  A carousel plate ensures that your food is heated thoroughly and evenly.
